Concessions are offered for students up to a limit of 50 registered attendees. Proof of being a registered student must be produced at the time of the payment. Once the limit of 50 registered students is reached, regular fees will be applicable.

The registration fee includes access to the opening ceremony, the welcoming reception, entrance to all conferences, daily coffee/tea breaks, a closure dinner, a publication containing the program/abstract and the proceedings book once the Congress ends.

Accompanying persons’ fees include the welcome reception, the closure dinner, and other free activities that may be available by the organization.

To make your stay in Tenerife as pleasant as possible, we have prepared an agenda of complimentary parallel activities. As an advance, it is a pleasure for us to inform you that with your registration you will have included free of cost:

•Entrance to the network of museums of the Autonomous Organism of Museums and Centers of Tenerife Island Council: Museum of Nature and Man; Museum of the History of Tenerife; Anthropology Museum of Tenerife; Interpretation Centre of the San Cristóbal Castle

•  Introductory visit to the the Museum of Tenerife’s History  located in San Cristóbal de La Laguna by the Vice-director of the institution,

•  Guided route in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

•  Free tickets for the touristic bus, including visits to the Carnival House and the Botanic Garden Palmetum, both in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Information on restaurants and cafeterias near the venue for the lunch time will be provided by the organization on request.

Please, note that registration fees will not be refundable due to the limited number of available places and the applicable technical and administrative costs linked to the organization of the Congress.
